As a catalyst for design, Hendy Bloch is a creative and strategic problem-solver and design leader with a diverse professional experience in architecture, interior design, and design strategy. Hendy has dedicated the past 15 years partnering with clients and project stakeholders on a range of project types across commercial, residential, and academic transformations. Her cross-functional multidisciplinary expertise has been instrumental in developing and shepherding strategies and design solutions leading to impactful change for leading organizations.
With an ever-curious, authentic, and collaborative spirit, Hendy approaches her work with meticulous care and empathy partnering with clients to develop strategies, frameworks, design concepts, and implement solutions that create real and meaningful impact for the human experience.
Hendy brings a distinctive perspective to her work, drawing on extensive experience in both professional practice and academia. In addition to her work in professional practice, Hendy also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Kean University’s Michael Graves College School of Public Architecture. Passionate about fostering professional development and mentoring emerging professionals and project teams. Hendy seeks to cultivate environments that encourage and enable individuals and teams to continuously grow and achieve their full potential.
